In order to improve the management ability of student cadres, give play to the leading role of student cadres. On the evening of November 27th, Grade 2020 of the College of Ocean Science and Engineering held a student cadre training meeting on the third floor of Haike Building. Mr. Niu Lei, the instructor, and each class committee of Grade 2020 attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Niu Lei explained the responsibilities of the class committee, stressing that each class committee should clarify their responsibilities, do a good job of division of labor, and give play to the leading role of student cadres. In daily work, we should actively unite students and organize students, give full play to the bonding role of student cadres, and coordinate the relationship between classes and counselors. In the epidemic prevention and control work, students should be reminded of the daily nucleic acid and protection work. In the construction of the league branch, we should do a good job of mass work, and drive the non-league youth to participate in the activities of the league branch; Actively close to the professional party branch, take the initiative to report the work to the professional party branch. Finally, Ms. Niu Lei reminded the league branch of each class to do a good job in the recent election of the General League branch committee, to ensure that the election is fair and orderly.
This training will put forward requirements for student cadres from many aspects. The political position and professional ability of student cadres will be improved, which is conducive to the work of grade students.
