In order to further strengthen the education of part-time teaching counselors, promote the communication and contact between full-time and part-time counselors, and promote the smooth development of counselors' work, the part-time teaching counselors' work exchange meeting was officially held in the college building 410 at 9:00 am on May 19th. Dong Chaoqun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, He Haibo, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the College and all full-time, part-time teaching counselors attended the meeting.
At the exchange meeting, the part-time teaching counselors sorted out their recent personal work situation, summarized their work achievements and shortcomings, shared their work experience, and made plans for the next direction of efforts. This paper focuses on how to help students plan their career, enhance their professional identity, promote their employment progress and improve their employment quality.
Finally, the Secretary of the Dong expressed his sincere thanks to the part-time teaching counselors since their employment, fully affirmed their efforts in all aspects of the work of the counselors, and put forward job requirements for employment assistance.
The work exchange meeting strengthened the work exchange among part-time counselors, learned from each other, and provided support for improving the work level of part-time counselors.
