In order to further guide junior students to make career plans and clarify their goals, on the evening of September 24, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering Class 2021 carried out the Growth empowerment career planning education activity in the Bangjian Lecture Hall. Ms. Sun Hanfen gave a lecture and all the students from Grade 21 of Hike participated.
The third stage is the stage of understanding the world of work. Ms. Sun suggested that students take the initiative to understand the world of work, including the relationship between major and occupation, the development trend of industry occupation and industry, the requirements, conditions and benefits of specific occupation for employees, and the promotion and development of the situation; Set goals and carry out action plans, and consciously accumulate skills and enhance competitiveness for my own development through internship practice and participation in job search lectures, mock interviews and resume revision. In terms of postgraduate entrance examination, Teacher Sun made a detailed analysis from three aspects: the postgraduate entrance examination rate, the choice of target institutions, and the postgraduate entrance examination situation of each major, to help students understand the current situation of postgraduate entrance examination and further clarify the objectives of postgraduate entrance examination. In addition, Mr. Sun emphasized the importance and significance of professional knowledge, dedication and professional ethics for future successful employment.
In this career theme education, Ms. Sun Hanfen pointed the way for the students from the simple to the deep, answered questions and puzzles, and the students gained valuable knowledge in three different development directions: employment, postgraduate security and postgraduate entrance examination. This educational activity enables students to objectively analyze the environment, scientifically set up goals, and plays a positive role in helping students correctly choose the path of development.
